
APUNAKE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Apunake is exclusively for purchasing air tickets on line.
- Air tickets can only be purchased for routes and flights offered in availabilities.
- All paper tickets delivery is done at the airlines check in counter 4 hours before departure of flight. Apunake representative will carry a visible sign with the cardholder's name. Tickets will only be given to the cardholder who purchased the tickets on line. For electronic tickets, travelers must show up at the airlines check in counter with a valid photo ID. Check below for timing recommendations.
- Apunake reserves the right to cancelled issued tickets in case passenger data or cardholder data are unable to be verified by our agents.
In case we can not verify the mentioned data, credit card charges will not be done and Visa will be notified we have denied the transaction.
TRAVELERS REPONSABILITIES
At time of traveling, all passengers must bear with him the valid document used at the time of purchasing the ticket and the valid documentation to enter your destination. Airlines will deny boarding if traveler does not have the valid document shown in air ticket. Fail to comply with this is travelers responsibility.
- AIR FARES
- All fares are shown and charged in US Dollars according to aviation rules in Peru and are subject to change without previous notice.
- Fares displayed in searches are per person and are not guaranteed until ticket issuance which happens automatically once online payment is accepted. In case of purchasing tickets for more than one passenger, the total price will be shown at moment of payment.
- Flight schedules are subject to change by the airlines up until the day of your flight.
- Prices include charges for credit card payments as well as all sales taxes applicable, fuel and security surcharges and any other taxes or fees to be included in air tickets as per commercial aviation rules in Peru.
- Restrictions apply: all tickets are subject to limitations by the airlines themselves, penalties and/or specific conditions regarding the agreed price. We strongly suggest to CLICK on the regulations link of the fare you are purchasing.
- Una vez realizada la compra no es posible transferir ese boleto a otro pasajero ni a otra aerolínea. Los boletos son, en su mayoría, no endosables, no reembolsables y no transferibles.

- ABOUT AIR TICKETS
Electronic ticket issuance, according to applicable fares, implies celebration of the air transportation agreement.
The agreement is closed at the time of payment.
Air travel conditions are established by the airlines it selves including and not limited to baggage restrictions and other limitations. For more details, please contact the airline directly.
- CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Tickets are non endorsable and non refundable. For changes and cancellations, contact the airlines directly. Penalties apply for changes and cancellations.
- CONFIDENCIALITY
All information collected and managed by www.Apunake.com for tickets issuance is handled confidentially. Under no circumstances will Apunake.com share or distribute this information to third parties.

In all travel arrangements Apunake acts on behalf of and to the order of our customers, organizing on their behalf and name the air reservations and e-tickets required, we can thus not assume any responsibility for cases of accidents, losses, delays or interferences for reasons of force majeure or other acts that do not involve our responsibility, specially regarding airline schedules. Policies and procedures are subject to change without previous notice. Apunake maintains its live connection in real time with airlines and service providers. Apunake is not responsible for direct or indirect losses result of usage of this information.
Apunake uses the latest technology to confirm air seats in real time. All confirmations come straight from the airlines reservations systems.
- IMPORTANT!
Apunake will not be liable for any illness, pregnancy or physical or mental incapacity, which may put in danger the health or integrity of any passenger or third parties during the carrying out of the contracted service or that may imply any limitation or impediment for the airlines to provide such services. Thus, Apunake will NOT recognize any claim or refund due to any such abovementioned concept, including such cases where under normal conditions no such problem would arise. Furthermore, we request to be informed regarding any such limitation prior to the contracting of services, in order to recommend services that will take into account any such existing impediments.
Please, reconfirm your flights directly with the airline, 48 hours before departure and be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure of your flight.
The Airline just will accept to board one infant (0 to 01 year and 11 months)
per each Adult.
- SPECIAL SERVICES
Wheelchairs, unaccompanied minors or special meals must be requested directly with the airline. Usage of electronic devices onboard depends on each airline's policies.

HAND LUGGAGE REGULATIONS
a) All liquids must be carried in containers whose capacity can not exceed of
100 ml (or its equivalent in other volumetric units, such as liquid ounces for
instance). No liquids will be allowed in containers of more capacity than the
said 100 ml, even if the container is not completely full.
b) The containers must be placed in reclosable plastic bags with a maximum
capacity of 1 liter. The containers must fit effortlessly in the transparent
plastic bag, which must be perfectly sealed.
c) The plastic bag must be presented at the inspection post for its visual
examination. Only one plastic bag per passenger can be allowed.
d) Exceptions must be made in case of medications, milk and baby food, as well
as in case of passengers who require a special diet. There must be the
appropriate means in place to verify the nature of these liquids.
Likewise, exceptions must be made regarding liquids purchased in the duty free
shops at the airport or on board an aircraft, provided that these liquids are
packed in a sealed plastic container foolproof against undue manipulations, and
that a satisfactory proof (receipt) is produced showing that the article was
acquired at the airport's duty free shops, or aboard an aircraft on the
traveling day(s) for passengers leaving an airport or being there on transit.
